My goodness, such hostility to reasonable advice. There are probably several ways to achieve your stated goal. I suggest a custom default transport entry that delivers to a specific recipient rather than the sender-specified recipient. See http://www.postfix.org/FILTER_README.html#simple_filter for a general example of the what the transport would look like, but use your own fixed recipient rather than the ${recipient} macro.
