Mine. They have a MX responsible for _receiving_ mails. This machines
are _not_ responsible for sending mails.

Sure there is: we have no $ here.

As soon as the recipient is obliged to receive mails, he usually needs
to consider them as received. (Invoices for example.) They start a time
limit, even if they are initially rejected as long as they are received
later by another way. (Sometimes even if they are not received at all!)
