 |And who would have guessed? Just push a feature which does not serve a
 |real purpose. Discussions are *so* last year.

That not; I would not say so, normally.

Then again, in the 70s, i will never forget that, the Tagesschau
(and that was even more than today by then, long before private
TV unfortunately existed in Germany) brought an about 30 seconds
snippet from a French Talk Show. Small table with red wine, two
younger hot-talked intellectuals (70s!), elder students or young
doctors, they seem to have fought an intellectual fight, and
were pleased having had so, having had a good time in doing so.
And Alexander Solschenizyn sat there (they could not sit *at*
the table, it was too small for them all). And, you know, he
then said practically nothing, and that was what could be seen
in the Tagesschau. He was a hero in the war, then spent long
years in the Gulag, in the north, Schostakowitsch where he seem
to have lived with his wife for some time said that a bottle of
milk and some Kraut each day was all that was needed to satisfy
him. Just a few calm words, you know, i did not understand them
of course, it was anyway about the backing spirit, lifing
experience, depth of live wisdom maybe. And those young men
were hanging in the air of nothing, it was revealed they were
actually only playing games, Kreissaal, Schulsaal, Hörsaal as
a student, Hörsaal / Gerichtssaal / Plenarsaal as responsible
persons; they only ever danced on the thin ice, it never broke
under their feet. A bit like the German film "Des Teufels
General" from 1955, where you get that mind flip presented in
fast motion. But that is only a film, of course, and i did not
know it by then in addition. It makes a world of a difference.

Not that this has something to do with this thread or your or my
posts, except for a general thought.
Then again the tone of the above made me think of a saying of
Donald Trumps son as of last week that i accidentally saw embedded
in an article as of "we are *so* back", and so i thought.

 |That was a lot of marsh gas, yet again. I am not in the mood to waste
 |further time on your gaslighting, deflections and ramblings today.
 |German law, "our secret service", other intelligence agencies... Just
 |wow. :-)

I forwarded my response to your email (superficially anonymized
regarding your name and address (with list name, subject etc
intact)) to an IETF list. Fwiw that is, but the lists have seen
uglier posts (the "the annual ladies steakhouse meeting" posts
from the early 2010s however i could not find in the archives once
i searched for them, what a pity).
