The "best" anti-spam is a matter of opinion.

I use and recommend policyd-weight looking at it as "if it isn't broke,
don't fix it."
The old maintainer still listens and responds to security issues.
If you want to adjust DNSBLs/RHSBLs, it's easy to do so with the
configuration (good if they die).

Also, someone recently submitted a IPv6 patch that was accepted into a
development version.
