When you consider that ZEN's traffic is carried over a BT network, why
the "hotel echo lima lima" can't BT sort themselves out and provide the
same speeds? Or maybe it is deliberate so that they can concentrate on
being a wholesale supplier to the ISPs and not worry about calls from
the end user. Me cynical? Whatever gave you that idea? And you can be
quiet Mr Whittaker.

Just a thankyou to tony for recommending ZEN  broadband limited the
school was with bt and we were supposed to get 9 mbps down load well for
a year now the best they could do on a weeky best was 2 mbps and by the
end of  each week we would be getting .5  of a mbps which ment the
internet stopped working but now we are getting 70mbps and at worst
55mbps ,I have menthioned this in case anyone was looking for a new
internet provider and they also do a very good phone offer, Tony they
said to say thanks from ZEN
