Hi Phil. If you can check the battery and charger, that would be great. Once I know where the failure lies I can think about the solution (depending on prices).But I believe that I'll have to recover the data from the hard disk and get rid of the laptop.Can you recover the data or should I go to one of the places that you have suggested?
