Indeed... I have both (PS CS v5.1 and current LR) and didn't bother upgrading 
to latest PS because I hardly use it.  Once in a while it's necessary, usually 
for type manipulation on layouts, and the older version I have works fine for 
that and the occasional panorama stitch.
