It is Pentax Function 11.  It states it is for the illumination
button's function during wireless operation.  This disables the flash to
fire, or the button to fire a rest or modeling flash.

        I recall seeing the flash occur when I ran the first roll through
and was interior test shots.  I cannot recall seeing it since, though I
rarely use the built-in flash.  I will have to see how this function is set
in my camera to comment further.
