Tom, all I know is that when I found and purchased an M 35 f2.8, and asked the list about the lens, the responses were, shall we say, ho-hum.

Well I'd be proud of that shot Boris! Lovely composition and it seems pretty sharp & contrasty on my monitor. I've owned one of these lenses from new and I never realised it was a 'bad' lens 'till I joined the PDML and they press-ganged me into buying a K35/3.5 :-)
