Well, hell, Boris, it's the M 35/2.8 so of COURSE the shot sucks... lol. Looks like you were striving for half building and half reflection, and in that sense the shot succeeds.
I hate "architecture" photography, but then I'm bad at it. Building shots rarely turn my crank. Someone else who's into buildings may be able to respond with better criticism.
