Hi,
Same process. If Winamp can play the format, it can convert it using the 
output plug-in. If it can't play that particular format, you'll have to 
check the input plug-ins page on winamp.com to find out if Winamp can 
support that. If you can find an input for it, you can output it using 
any output plug-in you want.
