for various reasons I'm trying to attempt this in JAWS 4.5 and I can't
follow the instructions. What should control shift D take me to? Maybe this
function wasn't available back in 4.5 ?

Appreciate this. It sounds interesting. Should note that my soundcard is a
soundblaster and am pretty sure it's multichannel.

Thanks
