There are certainly those who know more than i, but details are needed. What do the logs say? Is apache started? What about it's logs... etc.

I can't log in to the unit to save my blood pressure. I even copied /opt/otrs to the new system to get the Config.pm and log in with my domain login and still nothing. What else can I do to get this transferred over?
