Hi, Sourabh.If I get your point correctly, you need to edit the
fileOTRS\OTRS\Kernel\Output\HTML\Standard\CustomerStatusView.dtlMine contains
the following commented lines (I don't remember if I commented them or it's so
by default):Line 58 # $Text{"CustomerID"}
# /# # and fartherLine 76 #
$Quote{"$Data{"CustomerID"}","18"}# $QData{"CustomerName","15"}#
