Hi, Sorry for late response. But the solution provided at the mentioned link is to add the new ticket attribute at the right hand side when a customer view the ticket. what I want to achieve is add the a new column * Customer Id* in customer front end interface so some one who is accessing the company ticket will be able to see by which customer id it is raised.
