Hi, I'm trying to figure out what is the difference between this two types of notifications? I have been able to set up a notification under the "[Notification (Event)]" but how can I make the "predefined" notifications under the "[Notification]" section work? or how/when are they triggered?
I'm using OTRS 2.4.4 Thanks! Gustavo
