This WG LC has concluded. There were no objections to the work. Based on comments this time and the previous WGLC last summer, we will move this forward. However, it is pending two things:
* Authors wish to update the I-D to address some references * The shepherd (me) is awaiting confirmation from Michael as to his desire to be author and to be listed as an initial designated expert for the new registry.
