"ECI Arcadyan VDSL modem" has the a and b fw inside the dl/ folder

try adding -M2 to the vdsl_cpe_control and make the last 2 bytes of
the xtu _01_07  i think that will force vdsl.

the spi driver fails on this unit and we are using gpio-spi bit
banging :) i will look at the spi irq issue when i am done with vdsl
