FTD2xx is used as an interface not a target, so I don't care
about whether or not it's closed source.

Then on the other hand, why should I expect anyone to care
about open source target support for me, if I don't care
about their need for an open source interface?

Seems like GPL ensures that my interests are looked
after even if I'm to egoistic and shortsighted to do it
myself ;-)
