The name of the annotation tool is not something we can use to filter because:
*) There exist annotations created by other tools that are not Okular
*) Even if an annotation is created by okular, you can change it later.
I'm closing this because what you're asking is simply not possible beyond the
filtering we already do based on the annotation tool
