Fair enough. I think 35k-45k is fair for mid level and you may be able to get that.
I was just pointing out that for saying 35k for an entry level position is just not something you’re gonna get and not to base your decision to move here with the intention on getting a job at that salary :) I do agree 18k is taking the piss. It seems a lot of agencies just rely on turnover of low cost employees (having been at one of these myself, and starting on less that you, Will). I’ve even seen some social agencies offering unpaid internships (for designers) requiring two years experience and a strong portfolio!
