Yep, relatively easy (at least I think so - haven't tried sending email from this instance of Jenkins previously, but no reason to think it won't work)
I've just changed the configuration to send email to submitters who break the build - there's no "recipient list" configured, so it won't spam folks. If y'all would like that set differently, let me know.
