Out of curiosity, what is correct on the de.* in the case of a server
with, say, 20 aliases? This is a pretty common situation in the US. In
fact, the server I use has at least 2 aliases and I do not use the one
which the server would use for creating message ID's. Which alias should
a server use given that it probably does not use reverse DNS to discover
the domain of origin of the message in order to guess the likely alias
used. BTW, news.mozilla.org is an alias. The server has at least 4 names
in at least three distinct domains (the high level parts of the domains
are .com, .net and .org).
