German usenet is rather picky (which is actually a good thing - the
most legible usenet hierarchy I know), and the standard way Netscape is
generating message-ids for postings is forbidden in any de.* newsgroup I
know. So since de.* is my home in usenet I will have to go with the
quotation marks trick for the time being.
