Zoran MJPEG cards do produce 4:2:2, but lav2yuv always does a
 quick-n-dirty downsampling to 4:2:0.  

(If someone who uses MJPEG would like to change that, well, the
 YUV4MPEG2 format now supports both 4:2:2 and 4:4:4.  smil2yuv
 fixes that 'overzealous resampling' problem for DV streams.)
