The exact number is:  2788800 Bit/sec.

Birtrate overshots that fit into the buffer are usually not problem. We
don't know the exact buffer value, but if you want to play it back in a
DVD Player anything up to 300-500kB will be no problem.

Usually you use 44.1kHz, I think 48kHz are allowed to. If you have only
a slight overshot you might want to try a lower audio bitrate. Allowed
is 32384kBit/sec. And even VBR Audio.
