Which is showing how stupid these SFP vendor lockins are. So you take the same HW and just twiddle a few bits in its eeprom and boom it works. Also SFP programmers are not cheap and my need for SFP modules is so low that it makes no sense to own one. This is a market that should not exist in the first place. -- :wq Claudio
