Well, they have received contractual breach notices from ICANN a couple of times (https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/correspondence/serad-to-thierry-16sep14-en.pdf, https://www.icann.org/uploads/compliance_notice/attachment/1213/hedlund-to-marvin-22sep23.pdf). Since they’re still accredited, presumably those breaches were remedied. Regards, -drc
