The latter criteria removes at least OVH, and perhaps also Joker,

for actually boring reasons (as in, they're Norwegian) I have stuck
with usinghttps://domainname.shop/ for registering my domains.
They offer various other services too, I have only ever used them
for registration and slave DNS. No trouble ever I am aware of.
