in reverse DNS / <d>.<c>.<b>.<a>.in-addr.arpa for <a>.<b>.<c>.<d> and

I naively feel like this could be done independent of and in parallel with
the existing email infrastructure.
A more sophistication version of
postmaster@(whois a.b.c.d | grep -i techemail)
but with a cleverer grep to support current whois server variants
and redirection to a "better" whois server ?
