You can check this for yourself. When the message goes to spam, open the message and Gmail will tell you the primary reason your message is being blocked. You can add languages in your Google account settings. You can just add all of the languages you communicate in and it will probably resolve the problem for you but doesn't help you resolve it for other recipients.
