I am having the same issue multiple times a week because users do not
understand the difference between Junk and Trash - which might also be a
language issue if you are not a native speaker.
That's an interesting point. For many years in the USA we referred to
unsolicited advertising as "junk". "Junk Mail", "Junk faxes", etc. I
don't know when we started using the word that way, but it's certainly
been used that way my entire life. The fact that "junk" and "trash" are
synonyms in any other context had not occurred to me.
I wonder if Microsoft has a worldwide set of product testers.
