Ending the thread on the Mailop on this subject, but they seem to open
it up for everyone ;) Based on the number of reports we see..
Also, seems like a lot of dictionary attacks from that IP Space as well.
We ONLY audit SMTP traffic ..

Actually, by default, outgoing smtp is firewalled at vultr. You need to
ask them to allow your IPs. And this seems to be validated by a human
being.
Having to ask per IP and mandating a correct RDNS should be a good start
in preventing some/most of the outgoing spam.
I have been a customer of Hetzner some years ago and I remember they
were prompt at blocking you when they detected something was wrong.
