I'm a Hetzner customer and I've been through hell with microsoft blacklisting. You really need to get this sorted out Mr van den Berg. How about segregating IP ranges for outbound SMTP and managing their reputation? At some point you either have to warn your customers that their dedicated server may be unable to send mail to major providers before they buy them, or control/filter/ratelimit outbound SMTP somehow.
