?Thanks will check those out.

Abusing? Not abuse at all. That's what its there for... when your are a
consumer or another business and you are not getting service and have no other
option. I filed a business to business complaint and yes that's the reason I
was contacted. When I spoke to Derrick he told me it was in reference to the
BBB case.

Proofpoint was super easy and nice. I called them up and they fixed it. Not at
all surprised that you spoke to them and others and didn't have to jump through
hoops. Yahoo was my first problem like this EVER! Yahoo (who I filed the
complaint against) literally has no customer service. Derrick even said so...
he told me that he doesn't get involved until people contact the BBB and
apologized to ME because it was so hard to get real help. I never advocate the
BBB unless there is no other option... in this case definitely justified.

Any good place to find a list of specific ones I should check? No

Did http://multirbl.valli.org/ and several others and totally clean. I found
out about Proofpoint when emailing a vender.

We list a few non standard / B2B ones here -
https://www.wemonitoremail.com/deliverability-resources/

Word for the Wise has an excellent collection of postmaster resources here -

But really, advocating abusing the BBB customer complaint mechanism to solve a
deliverability issue when you're not even a customer? That's not a viable,
polite or reasonable position to advocate. I doubt that was why you were
contacted and even if it was, that won't help you if you plan on ever
contacting postmasters again. And good luck with that trick when you're blocked
by an off-shore mailbox provider.

I've never needed to throw my toys out of the pram to get Proofpoint to
investigate an issue with an IP address.

Ken.
