Got my Yahoo issue fixed!!! Was related to two things:
- A company called ProofPoint had my block along with several other neighboring
/20's listed due to a SPAM incident that happened in 2013. Spoke to them. Very
nice people. They understood and cleared it up right away. Yahoo uses
ProofPoint to help determine email reputation.
- I filed a BBB complaint. Within 24 hours I was put in touch with Derrick who
was able to fix everything first try.

Moral of the story: If you are blacklisted by Yahoo and not actually sending
SPAM, it's probably due to abuse in the past from a nearby netblock. Check
Proofpoint.com to see if you listed
https://support.proofpoint.com/rbl-lookup.cgi?ip= and don’t hesitate to file a
BBB complaint. Gets results FAST. Don’t bother calling yahoo.. even their abuse
contacts from their whois info just go to a receptionist who has his/her hands
completely tied and cannot offer any help or even give anyone a message.

If you file a BBB complaint, be nice and follow up saying the business fully
resolved your issue and your satisfied.
