Hi Folks,

I run a bunch of small, opt-in email lists for local community groups. Lately, there seems to be someone on one of our lists who confuses their "mark as spam" button for their delete key - generating a steady stream of abuse notices from Comcast.

Unfortunately, it seems like Comcast's FBL does not include enough information to track a report back to it's originator - notably, the copy of a message, included with the abuse report, omits both the recipient-id and the message-id.

Is there anybody here from Comcast mail operations who can provide some guidance as to how to identify the originator of an abuse report, so I can remove them from the list(s)?

Thanks,

Miles Fidelman
