Jessica!
Select the entire recipe that you want to import and then select clip recipe 
from the services menu.  If there is not a shortcut key defined for this you 
can do that in system preferences.
Once you clip the recipe you then go to the clipping section in mac gourmet and 
vo-navigate to that table, find the recipe and press enter on that.
This will open up an edit window and then you just select the text, name, 
ingredients, directions and press the corresponding key.
To enter the name, highlight it, then press command-1.  Then navigate back to 
that edit window and select the next section you want to import.  Its very easy 
once you can get the hang of it.  I can do a recipe in about 15 seconds or so.
for directions, highlight them, and press command-6, and for ingredients it 
would be command-5.
All the sections such as summary, notes, introduction have corresponding 
command6-keys associated with them.
