hi. I will admit i have not followed your case closely Donna, but in
case you are ever in the situation again, why not simply stating the
obvious? if the mac goes down the blind person can install the os her,
or him self, as far as i know of we cant do that with windows.
Sometimes i think that having people believing in blind persons and
the mac is frustrating, but there are light at the end. At least if
you live in denmark, part of that is the  lower price, but it is
simply also that the system is more stable and if it goes down you can
install it again your self.
