hmmm. that much of a fight does indicate that they are going to be resistant to such requests in the future. The other problem is that the person making the spurious arguments about the mac doesn't want to be educated. they are still of the opinion that they know best what the blind client needs, not what they actually need.
I get this a lot from my VR agency as well. They have already labeled me as uncooperative, difficult to deal with and some other things. It takes my having to threaten getting a lawyer before they listen.
