Hi, I think this is a pretty good idea. When submitting an app, if they had to just check off 3 yes or no questions regarding Voiceover, that could really be a good way of generating confidence in the accessibility of a given app. I think it might also have the added benefit of raising awareness of Voiceover to developers.
