I didn't say there weren't, and I've submitted my share of bugs to the iWork team. I'm a translator, so I have to have a copy of the original document open at the same time as my translation, which I type over a copy of the original to preserve the font, layout, etc. So for me, having a document open in TextEdit and the document I'm working on open in Pages, is just fine.
If someone sends me a Word document to read rather than to work on, I always open it in TextEdit. I don't see any problem with people installing Windows on their Macs and using MS Office if that's what works for them. It doesn't work for me because I've never used Windows and I can manage everything I need on my Mac with VoiceOver. I'm not saying that my way is the right way, but it works for me. I think a new version of iWork is long overdue. Cheers, Anne -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
