Yep my friend had the same problem when she bought her mac the guy at the shop told her to buy microsoft office for mac odvesly he did not know that it would not be accessable with voice over so luckely me and her spoke to a more experianced mac user before she'd installed it and she was able to change to iworks. I just use text eddit at the moment as i only need basic word prosessing at the moment but will probly get iworks later on in my mac usage.
