My ultimate trigger are the people who ask, "does he want a braille menu?" or something similar as if I wasn't actually there. This is a real zero level interrupt for me that I need to fight hard not to blow out a sequence of profanity (I am originally from New Jersey where such language is pretty common) that would make Eminem blush.
