I'm not good at covert, except insofar as the art of invisibility is concerned, and for me that has limited applications as of yet. I cannot stand to be disrespected to my face. Only recently have I been able to tolerate having someone be rude to me over the phone or by E- mail and take it with a smile, as you say. even when keeping silent and taking it would be to my great advantage.
