I have been reading this thread with great interest. I have one tip and two questions. While interacting with the list of messages it is possible to jump to the top and bottom of the table with control, option, function left arrow or right arrow respectively.

I am not finding that to be the case so I wonder what setting I might not have right. In my Apple folder messages are grouped by conversation and I have them sorted by subject. And yes, I am interacting with the table of messages. Also, how does one access this five-line preview? I have it on my phone but not on my Mac. Is it available? Thanks.
