SOME DO, BUT YOU HAVE TO BE SOOOO CAREFUL. SOME OF THOSE HAVE REALLY RANCID COMPONANTS IN THEM. BAD MOTORS ON THE SCANNER HEAD, AND SO ON. I TRY TO AVOID ALL IN ONES PERSONALLY, THOUGH I HAVE SEEN ONE OR TWO THAT I DIDN'T MIND.
IT'S ALSO WORTH NOTING THAT MANY OF THE LEXMARK ALL IN ONES HAVE AN ACCESSIBLE WEB INTERFACE FOR ADJUSTING SETTINGS AND PERFORMING JOBS DIRECTLY ON THE ALL IN ONE.
