Trust me, you, could, be, sued. Apple has the powers to seek an injunction for those who violate the NDA. It is very, unlikely, yes, but not worth the risk. After all, you pay the $99 to get your hands on beta software, why then go through all that trouble? Don't believe us? Look at the agreement set in your developer account. Chris
