This does not justify using torrents to avoid paying for the developer account. First, you won’t be able to file bug reports as you will not be registered. Second, any torrent download is considered against the law, so you are doing so with full responsibility of your action. The public beta will be there next month. Patience is a virtue where shortcuts may seem handy.
