i have searched through the whole file for another occurence of "Part"
and havent succeded.

i found, that the font of the buttons is dependent on the language
which is in the Tools/Preferences. if the language is set here for
czech, it is correct then. So it will be enough, if the font would
be dependent on Document/Settings language.

this is dependent on more things:
1. will be the xforms used in 1.5 ?
2. are xforms used as implicit frontend in windows port ?
3. are .po files managed for 1.4 and 1.5 separately
or it is going to be 1.4 .po transformed one day into 1.5 ?

i switched to 1.4 branch, so i can post first few errs :) :
1) when lyx is firstly launched (ie before creating .lyx in home,
the font which is set up in the preference for screen font
is not in fact loaded. this wont be trouble if it has correct
symbols for czech accents, but it has not.
When goin to preferences screen font, it is set to "Andale Mono".
i have to switch to some other font and than back to Andale to
be actually loaded.
2) tutorial was not correctly converted into 1.4 version. i'm sending
a patch correcting it, plus small updates in text.
3) i send newly created translation of splash.lyx.
